As a reminder, this service includes:

• Your content being loaded to the pre-existing Zibster template of your choice, which will be personalized to match your brand
• Max 10 pages (recommend 300 words per page)
• Max 200 images (recommend 15-20 images per gallery)
• One (1) round of revisions, including one template change
• Up to 2 hours of service time (this includes time spent on the phone with our Pro Services team)

This service does not include setting up a Store, Forms, Mood Boards, Scheduler, Blog, or any custom design. We do offer a separate Custom Site service, if desired. 

The service is limited by technological limitations of the Zibster template system.

This service must be completed within 30 days. The actual timeline is dependent on how quickly we receive your questionnaire, content, and feedback. See the service agreement for more details.

In order to set up your content in the template of your choice, after you complete this questionnaire we will need you to send us the following:

• Images to go on your website
• We recommend having at least one (1) picture on each page of your site. The number of pictures per page will vary based on the goals of each page. We will load up to 200 images on your site. You will have the ability to upload additional images once the Jumpstart Service is completed.
• If you would like to include stock images on your website, Zibster has access to a limited library of stock images. These can be used to supplement images that you have or as placeholders until you get pictures of your business. The stock images we will utilize are available via free, third-party resources. Zibster does not control the content which is available via these resources and we cannot guarantee that images which are suitable to represent your business will be available.
• Text for the pages of your website
• This service includes building up to 10 pages.
• We recommend that all websites have at least a homepage, about page, and contact page and about 300 words per page.
• You may wish to include other pages such as information, investment, services, testimonials, etc. We encourage you to think about what makes the most sense for you and your business!

The Zibster Jumpstart Service is limited to a 30-day service term and includes 2 hours of total work done by our Pro Services Team. This 2-hour work limit includes time spent building your website, as well as any consultations and follow up discussions. During the Service, if any questions or issues come up unrelated to the Jumpstart, they must be handled by our support department. The Service is limited by technological limitations of the Zibster template system. 

The Jumpstart Service is not an ongoing service. No adjustments will be made after the Service is complete. Additional requests that fall outside of the 30-day service period or 2-hour work limit will be considered a Custom Service and billed at a standard rate of $150/hour.

A maximum of ten (10) pages will be set up. The Jumpstart Service includes one (1) round of revisions. You can only change your template one (1) time within the website revisions.

The Jumpstart Service is limited to building and launching one (1) website and does not include custom design work (including graphics, logos, or special coding), marketing work, or the setup of other products (e.g., Ecommerce, Forms, Marketing, Blog posts, Mood Boards). If you’d like to have us set up any of these other products, we can provide a custom quote for this as a separate, custom service.

The Service shall be completed within 30 days of project inception (the date of submitting your questionnaire). After the 30 days have passed, Zibster's work on the Service is complete. 

A thirty (30) day money-back guarantee applies to unstarted Zibster Services; however, once a service has begun, the money-back guarantee no longer applies, and will not be refunded. Because of the nature of the Services, Zibster cannot give refunds after it has begun or completed its work. The submission of this questionnaire constitutes the start of the Service and our work.
